Common questions

Got questions?

Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or cash on delivery. Card payments are processed securely before pickup. Tips go directly to your driver — 100%, no platform cut.
Fares are based on base price (by ride type) + per-mile rate + per-minute rate. We never apply surge pricing. Your estimate at booking reflects the final fare for your route — no surprises at drop-off.
All Instafresh drivers pass a background check and vehicle inspection before their first delivery. For rides, we add a secondary screening. Every trip is GPS-logged, and you can share a live link with anyone at any time. Drivers below 4.5★ are paused automatically.
Yes — scheduled rides are available for bookings up to 7 days in advance. Enter your destination and select a future date and time during booking. Great for airport runs, events, and hospital appointments.
If a driver cancels, we immediately match you with the next available driver at no extra charge. If no driver is available within 5 minutes, you'll get a full refund with no cancellation fee.
